Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aylele



Roast Level: Medium-Light Roast.

Flavor Profile: Round, juicy, and sweet with pronounced lemon, lime, and floral flavors.

This is a micro-lot from a small producer in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. In the previous harvest season, we carried coffee from a closely neighboring farm which ended up a Good Food Awards Winner! We chose the Aylele this year as it scored the highest in cupping among all the choices.
